Rumsfeld Out, Gates In

Donald Rumsfeld has resigned. Wow, who saw that one coming? What is Bush thinking? Get out while you still can, before the Democrats really turn up the heat on Iraq!

Texas A&M President and former CIA head Robert M. Gates has been nominated by George W. Bush to replace Rumsfeld as the Secretary of Defense.

Gates must be thrilled from going from the scandal of a racist video in Aggieland to front-and-center in the War on Terror.

Reveille VI, the collie who served as Texas A&M University’s mascot from 1993 to 2001 and survived a prank dognapping, has been euthanized at age 10.
