Emma made her first public singing performance today at church.
Emma overcomes her jitters to sing “Jesus is the Rock” with a little help from Ms. Leah.
Feeling a little more comfortable now.
Being part of such an large group is a bit intimidating.
Hey, this isn’t so bad.
Needless to say it was quite emotional to see Emma singing her heart out for the Lord. It was all I could do not to breakdown and cry as I saw the nervous look on her face when she started to sing. I knew that look on her face very well. My daughter has the same facial expressions that I have been known to make while standing in front of a large group!
It was great to see her grow more comfortable as the minutes passed. She was really into it when singing “Open the Eyes of My Heart.” I am so thankful that my little girl has a desire to praise and worship the Lord. I was one proud daddy. I can only imagine the joy our Heavenly Father experienced as so many little ones sang to Him.
