I am thrilled to see that Derek Webb is coming to play at FBCN in April!
Fellowship North is excited to welcome Derek Webb in concert! An accomplished singer/songwriter, Webb is a former member of the popular Houston, Texas-based Christian band, Caedmon’s Call. During his stint with the band, he experienced sales approaching 1 million records, along with 10 GMA Dove Award nominations and three Dove Award wins and six #1 Christian radio hits. In 2003, however, Webb left Caedmon’s Call to pursue a solo career. Since his departure, he has released three studio albums as well as a live album and a DVD. Webb is passionate for the Church and its ongoing need for the Gospel, and his authentic musical style and theology-based lyrics, have stirred both the hearts and minds of his listeners. He’s recently released two new albums which will be available for purchase at the concert. Don’t miss this inspiring evening with Derek Webb! Rodeo ticket prices range from $16 to $77, plus a Ticketmaster convenience charge, and include entrance into Reliant Stadium, Reliant Center, Reliant Arena, The Hideout (for those 21 years and older), outdoor activities and booths, and the carnival. Tickets can be purchased through all Ticketmaster locations, on the Internet at www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 713.629.3700. Ticketmaster locations include Foley’s, Fiesta, select FYE stores and Wherehouse Music.
Ticket buyers should be aware that the only Show-authorized ticket outlets are at the Reliant Park box office and all Ticketmaster outlets.
Rodeo performances will be held Feb. 28 – March 19, 2006. All weekday performances begin at 6:45 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday performances begin at 3:45 p.m. Each performance begins with the grand entry, rodeo events and the calf scramble, and ends with the concert entertainer.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo announced its 2004 concert lineup today. The annual event runs March 2 through March 21. Performances begin at 7 p.m. on weekdays and at 4 p.m. on weekends. The grand entry, rodeo events and calf scramble precede the concert.
