		<description>I voted in the early voting period on May 1, 2009 at the Johnston Library in san antonio Texas  and there was not place to vite for the Texas Homestead Exemption Amendment.  The personnel at this site never heard of any such item.  I searched the pages  and it was not there</description>

		<description>The email about the Homestead  issue for seniors that is making the rounds now is the same one that was widely circulated before the Texas Constitutional Amendment Election on Saturday, May 12, 2007.  The amendment passed by a large margin.  The issue is over.</description>
