Last Friday I received a Juror Questionnaire from Collin County. The Questionnaire has a Scantron that must be completed and returned. I was excited to see they also provide an online Questionnaire. Unfortunately, the system looks to be down.

NOTE TO JURORS: For individuals who have received a Jury Summons, the online system for completing the corresponding Juror Questionnaire is not currently available. Please complete and mail the paper questionnaire in the provided postage-paid return envelope.
