A charter bus traveling from Temple to Dallas on Interstate 35 lost control Friday morning in Hewitt, killing at least five people.
Traffic on I-35 was closed on the southbound side from the Farm-to-Market Road 2063, or the Hewitt exit, to Exit 323 in Lorena, said Ken Roberts, a Texas Department of Transportation spokesman.
