In creating Legacy business park, Mr. Perot charted a course for corporate interest in the northern suburbs and Collin County in particular.
Today, the county is home to 21 of Dallas-Fort Worth’s largest publicly traded companies, more than double the number in 1998, according to The Dallas Morning News’ 2003 D-FW Top 200 study, an annual ranking of companies by revenue.
Living in Collin County it is easy to take for granted the impact of Legacy, but everyone owes so much to the project. Our home values are tied directly to it.
