State transportation department and Maharishi Global Development Fund officials have reached an agreement for the fund to sell 21.6 acres to the state for $14 million. The land’s value has been contested for more than a year. It is the last parcel the state needs for a series of Highway 121 widening projects from Coppell to McKinney.
